Guide to Registration

Tickets
Choose the ticket that suits you. If you are a SABUS member, you will receive a discount of 400 DKK. If you pay before May 4th, you will receive an additional DKK 200 discount.

NOTE: Tickets for accompanying children do not include a camp T-shirt. The camp activities are not designed for accompanying children, and scouts will always have priority access to activities.
SAS: Registration via the SAS website will offer the option of a camp T-shirt for the youngest participants at an additional cost. The price will be announced as soon as we receive the information from the Pathfinder headquarters.

Health Information
All information will be treated confidentially.

REMEMBER: Bring your yellow health insurance card. If you take medication regularly, make sure to bring all relevant information about your medication to the camp.

Special Needs
Please let us know if you have any special needs, such as allergies, dietary requirements, or other important information that can help us take care of you and your situation.

Transportation
If you are joining the group travel, please check the appropriate box during registration. You will later receive a link to sign up for the group travel once we have finalized the details regarding travel times and pickup points.
SAS: A group trip from Copenhagen to the camp will be arranged. The price will be announced as soon as we have this information. Please sign up so we can get an overview of the demand.

Permissions and Consent
It’s important for us to be well informed about what you and your family are comfortable with during your stay at the camp. Therefore, you need to give permission for participation in the activities that may take place at the camp.

Similarly, we must ensure that we have your consent to use the amazing photos that tell the story of the camp, which you may appear in.

Lastly, we need to ensure that you agree to respect the camp’s values and rules so that we can have a safe and enjoyable community together.

Other Information

CHILD PROTECTION CERTIFICATE
Please note that if you are over 18, you will be asked to assist us in obtaining a child protection certificate (Børneattest) from the police. You will be notified to approve the application in your digital mailbox (e-Boks).

PICK-UP AT THE BUS STATION
If you are arranging your own transportation to the camp and, for example, need to be picked up at the bus station in Hadsund, please arrange this with us well in advance so we can organize the transport.
